MAJA VON SCHMELING
After my degree in communication in Munich, Germany, I have accomplished a masters degree in marketing in the USA.
Creative concepts of brand loyality are my expertise.
Thereafter I was able to gain first working experience in the US as a Public Relations Manager in international hotel management.
The knowledge of internal hotel procedures is especially relevant for the travel and guest management in the organization of incentive travels.
Since 2008 I have been working as a wedding planner.
I started as an event manager at a European hotel brand in the US.
The planning and execution of large scale sport events, such as for the companies Nike, as well as charity events for instance for Mr. President Jimmy Carter have shaped my professional career.
Still in the US, I worked for a wedding planning agency before transferring to Munich, Germany where I was able to gain further experience in luxury event planning at an international recognized, Munich based catering company. The knowledge of internal and logistic procedures of a catering company enables me to also professionally advise you in this regard.
My personal interest in travel, culture and art as well as my sense for trends and design enable me to design unique and exceptional event concepts.
